The Old Garden should be considered a national treasure. Produced from the oldest Mourvèdre vineyard in the world, only 8 rows remain of these low-yielding vines that date back to 1853. This top class Mourvèdre is elegant and drinks like a purple velvet couch in a cigar room - absolute plush and luxurious! Alluring aromas of black cherry, herbs and leather bound books. Lingering flavours of ripe mulberry, cassis, dark chocolate and licorice on the tongue. Wonderfully complex, divine and super limited in production! An oldie but a goodie, as they say - why not have this as your regular night cap?

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
