Uniquely Schubert and a scrumptious treat for vino lovers everywhere! Meaning "with passion", Con Brio is made with a blend of grapes that are not usually blended together (Syrah, Merlot and Pinot Noir). But the result is superb and captivating! Enticing aromas of dark cherry, plum, cigar, dark chocolate with touches of earthiness, fresh embers and savory spice. Followed by ripe black fruit, raspberry, sweet spice, cedar and toasted cinnamon flavors. Lingering finish with a dash of espresso and burning wood. Absolutely sensational! Pair this wine with a slow-cooked Asian-spiced beef rib. Only 1,092 bottles produced so savor every sip!
