Named after Wirra Wirra's signature 10-tonne wooden boundary fence, Woodhenge Shiraz is a bold, lush and classic expression of the individuality of McLaren Vale. A sinfully rich nose of red berries and plum with flecks of sweet vanilla bean, nutmeg and shortcrust pastry, plus hints of dark chocolate ganache, dried thyme and tilled earth. Super plush in the mouth with concentrated yet fresh fruit sweetness, boasting decadent flavours of raspberry jam, satsuma, star anise and milk chocolate with a bit of mocha, char and graphite through the finish. This wine will certainly benefit with some decanting and could potentially age for up to 17 years. Excellent with 5-spice braised pork belly or Taiwanese three cup mushrooms!

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
