Woodstock is renowned for its Cabernet Sauvignon as it’s perfectly perched on the higher and cooler end of McLaren Vale. The heat, sunlight and cool evening sea breezes are just ideal for this grape to flourish. Classic and elegant, this bottle represents the best of Aussie Cab Sauv! Driven by blackcurrant and sweet black plum, the wine opens up to lovely notes of tomato leaf, rosemary and chocolate mint. Soft, well-structured tannins and a beautiful richness in the mouth. Long and persistent finish with a slight savoury grip. Savour every drop with some grilled lamb chops and grilled radicchio kale salad!
