This flagship Shiraz is produced from a premium single vineyard boasting of only 31 rows of old vines (circa 1900)! Named after the medieval leg stocks, this wine is exquisite to drink now but also has a potential to age. Excellent gift idea! Lovely aromas of red and dark fruit, dried spice and a touch of vanilla. Complex and full of fruity flavors, rounded in the mouth with soft ripe tannins. Elegant and refined. Highly recommend with braised veal cheeks or Korean bbq!
