Have a taste and you will be smitten by Yeringberg Pinot Noir! With deeply-rooted and low-yielding vines planted from the 1970s, expect generous amounts of layers in this wine. Beautiful bright red berries, violet perfume, followed by ripe plum, spiced cherry with a hint of cedar and licorice. The complexity deepens with time as savoury notes of mushroom and cured meat emerge. Flavours are bold yet elegant with strawberry and cherry, interlaced with earthy tones and a touch of black tea. Super fine tannins and a great long finish. It’s fleshy, round and so easy to fall in love with! Heighten your senses as you pair this with roast pork loin with roasted fennel.
