The Yeringberg Red Blend is one of those wines that have a huge following and their 2013 vintage surely does not disappoint! Crafted with well-matured vines, the different fruits were fermented in separate batches before blended. Named “Yeringberg of the highest order” [Tyson Stelzer, Wine Business Magazing Jul/Aug 2016], this cabernet blend takes complexity to the next level. Perfumed with violet, dark fruit medley especially blackcurrant and cassis with hints of cedar. Fragrant fruit flavours persist with redcurrant, cherry, fresh raspberry with a touch of star anise, licorice and tobacco. Soft tannins with a persistent vanilla finish. Pair this with a beef tenderloin with blackberry dressing or a beautiful mushroom risotto with toasted pine nuts. Only 4,140 bottles produced.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
