Yeringberg Red is one of those wines that has a huge following, with each new vintage being a highly anticipated arrival! This "field blend" – meaning the vintage and the vineyards determine the final blend, rather than the winemaker – is crafted with well-matured vines for this elegant Cabernet blend. Delicately rich and complex, the 2017 vintage has gorgeous aromas of cassis, plum, violet, cigar box and clove mingling brilliantly with notes of liquorice, leather, tapenade and graphite. Round and elegant in the mouth with fresh, savoury flavours supporting by wonderful depth of fruit. If you can resist drinking it now, this wine will continue to impress for 10-20 years.
