Yeringberg Red is one of those wines that has a huge following, with each new vintage being a highly anticipated arrival! This "field blend" – meaning the vintage and the vineyards determine the final blend, rather than the winemaker – is crafted with well-matured vines for this elegant Cabernet blend. Delicately rich and complex, the 2021 vintage offers cool, pure and inviting aromas of blackcurrant, violet, plum and black olive alongside tobacco leaf, cedar, mint and graphite. What starts as a fine, savoury palate builds up richness and depth; silky and supple with fine but firm tannins and a gentle, lasting finish. A wine to be enjoyed, today, tomorrow and for as long as you might choose to keep a bottle! Open this with something special and sumptuous, such as pappardelle with venison ragout or Wagyu beef ramen.

Here's how to interpret the ratings (in case you were wondering what's that number below the price). If you don't see a rating, it doesn't mean the wine is any less yummy. At the end of the day, wine is meant to be enjoyed and shared.
