When you hear people talking about Coonawarra wines, the usual suspect is Cabernet Sauvignon! Afterall, it is globally regarded as the premium Cabernet producing region in Australia. Meet Peter Riddoch Rymill, a keen equestrian (hence the horses!) and one deeply rooted to Coonawarra, the region which his ancestor founded. His wine journey began in early 1970s when he established Rymill Estate and thereafter dedicated his life in producing some beautiful Cabernets. Today, the estate is proud to be awarded Certificate of Excellence by The Real Review (2018) – a prestigious list for wineries with consistently exceptional wines.
